Welcome to our ranch.
Our
farm the Double C Ranch, is located in Alberta
about 45 minutes north of Calgary just East of Airdrie, Alberta.
I purchased my first 2 miniature horses in 2001
while living in Ontario.
I moved to Alberta where I met my husband Brad
whom took an instant liking for these small horses.
We are striving for quality not quantity.
To accomplish this we breed for disposition and conformation
and we only use proven bloodlines to accomplish this.
Miniature horses come in the widest range of color of all equines.
We here at the Double C love the Appaloosa so that is our main interest,
but we breed Buckskins and Tobiano & Overo Pintos and Solids as well.
Nothing makes our day like the welcoming knickers of our minis.
